Loose-fitting, pullover blouse, slightly above-hip length with ruffle collar gathered into narrow bias neckband with attached tie ends, has round neckline, center front neckline slit with narrow band and elbow or full-length sleeves gathered at cap and elasticized at lower edge forming self ruffle. Purchased drawstring holds in fullness at waistline. Slightly flared skirt, four inches (10 cm) below mid-knee or evening length, with front and back gathered into waistband, has pockets in side seams, side zipper closing and hemline ruffle.
