VPO - Yves Saint Laurent.- "La robe à col amovible"



Photo from VADS. 9/10 black dress in worsted wool crepe, has side buttoning and a thin black patent leather belt at the waist. The deep V-neckline is edged in white with a single pointed lapel. White edging outlines the fastening and buttoned cuffs.

VOGUE 2022. Women´s one-piece dress.  Loose-fitting slightly A-line dress has front band with button closing. Wrist length sleeves with button and buttonhole trim.  Contrast or self detachable collar.

 Released in 1968 October-November VOGUE INTERNATIONAL PATTERN BOOK.

    Have you seen the new Burda patterns? I reckon this is the foundation of their coat-dress design.

    Hi Ruth. - I don´t have the magazine, but I've seen the model Burda facebook page. Yes, I think there's some inspiration. The Yves Saint Laurent model is very nice, because the white piece is attached to the dress with "thousand" snaps. I said a thousand?, Well maybe only 999..;-)
